Value Added Tax (VAT)
We are registered for VAT (GB 995 1756 66) and under some circumstances we must add VAT to our prices at the prevailing UK rate:
VAT will be added if either of the following statements is true:
- the purchaser's address is in the UK
- the purchaser is outside the United Kingdom, but inside the European Union, and does not have a VAT number
VAT will not be added if either of the following is true:
- the purchaser's address is outside the European Union
- the purchaser is outside the United Kingdom, but inside the European Union, and does have a VAT number

Am I locked into a long contract?
No. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel you can use the service until the end of your monthly billing period.
What forms of payment can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Direct Debit and Standing Order.
How many users are included?
Unlimited standard users (can view and comment on feedback). You only pay extra for as many 'admin' users as you need.

Yes. Connections to CustomerSure are protected by a 128-bit SSL certificate. We are hosted by EngineYard. Billing is via Recurly who are certified at Level 1 (the most stringent category) of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Card transactions are processed through PayPal.
What are the technical requirements?
A web browser and an Internet connection. There’s nothing to install — we take care of all hosting and upgrades.
