Feedback, scores, customer details, it's all your data. We just help you collect it, turn it into insights, and use it to make better decisions. If you want to export it for more detailed reporting, or to integrate with your other IT systems, you can – there are plenty of options.

How do you protect my data and communications?

Connections to CustomerSure are protected by a 256-bit SSL certificate. We are hosted on Amazon Web Services with EngineYard, which means world class security and resilience. Billing is via secure online Direct Debit, Invoice or Stripe who are certified at Level 1 (the most stringent category) of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Is your software accessible for impaired users?
