Assigning feedback gives it a clear owner. That person sees it on their Assigned to Me page, and everyone else can see who’s responsible.
New feedback starts as Unreviewed. Assigning someone moves it to Assigned. For the wider status model, see Feedback status.
On unreviewed feedback, click Assign to me.
You’re set as the owner straight away and the status becomes Assigned. No email is sent — you’re already looking at it.
On unreviewed feedback, click Assign to …:
They’ll get an email with a link to the feedback, and it will appear on their Assigned to Me page.
If feedback already has an owner, use Reassign to hand it to someone else. You can include an optional handover note.
We’ll email the new owner. We’ll also email the previous owner to let them know it’s moved on (unless that person is you).
If feedback is assigned to someone else and you’d like a progress check:
The owner gets an email with your note and a link back to the feedback. Nudging does not change ownership or status.
In short:
Deactivated staff are skipped.
