We believe feedback is one of your core business assets, so it’s only right that you own it—not us. We’ve tried to make the export process as painless as possible. To export your feedback:

  • Click Reports → Export Data on the main menu.
  • Check the surveys that you’d like to export.
  • Optional: enter a date range to filter the feedback.
  • Click the Request Export button.

If your export if small enough, it will be immediately downloaded in your browser. Otherwise, your file will be emailed to you within a few minutes.

Export your feedback request email data

If you wish to export your email history, go to Feedback Requests → Email History. There you will find a Download to CSV button at the top. If you want a filtered file, simple apply a filter to the Email History page first, then download the CSV file.
