We believe feedback is one of your core business assets, so it’s only right that you own it—not us. We’ve tried to make the export process as painless as possible. To export your feedback:

  • Head to the Feedback List (View Feedback → All Replies) on the main menu.
  • Filter to the feedback you’d like to export.
  • Click the Export button in the filter bar.

If your export if small enough, it will be immediately downloaded in your browser. Otherwise, your file will be emailed to you within a few minutes.

Export your feedback request email data

If you wish to export your email history, go to Send Surveys → Sent. There you will find a Download to CSV button at the top. If you want a filtered file, simple apply a filter to the Email History page first, then download the CSV file.
